Ever had bad gas?

I'll just let you ponder that question for a bit. :-)

I was meaning in your vehicle. Where your car begins to sputter or even dies from the bad gas.  Where you just want to hurry it through the system so you can eliminate it and start fresh with better fuel? Our bodies tend to work in a similar way, when we don't drink enough water.

Toxins can begin to build up when we aren't taking in enough water. Why? When I don't drink enough fluids, my body senses it and begins to hold onto as much water as possible to protect the systems and organs that require that life giving water. If I'm not passing...WATER... I'm not eliminating toxins.

On the flip side, when I am consuming ENOUGH water, my body relaxes its hold on those fluids and the toxins are eliminated, your body begins eliminating those "contaminants".  If you've not been drinking enough water for period of time, when you first begin ramping back up you may find yourself "peeing" a lot more, but only at first. Your body NEEDS to get rid of all that stuff.  Then, it will all balance out and you will get back to your normal routines.

How much is enough?  Take your weight in pounds divide by 2 and that equals your needed ounces.  Today, for me that would be 75 ounces of water.  4 1/2 years ago, for me, that would have been 100 ounces.

Enjoy your water today.  Here's a toast to you! CHEERS!

If you've got the drive, we've got the Vehicle!
