As a working mom, wife and drag strip pit-crew member, it is important to be on top of my game and know that FAST FOOD options I offer my team will keep them focused and healthy as well!

We choose, stock and recommend these FAST FOOD choices when time and availability aren't an option!

These FAST FOOD options provide us EVERYTHING we want and NOTHING we don't. Its comforting to know these are not full of refined sugars or anything artificial.

 55+ years without a recall gives me peace of mind so I can focus on what's important, like changing tires, checking tire pressures & stats, and cheering on my driver. (Also my husband)

Fuel Up First!

Breakfast cereal is CRAP!


Advertising has done a GREAT job of making us believe that bowl full of highly processed carbohydrates covered in a cup of cow's milk is a good choice for the first meal of the day.  Unfortunately, their ads don't tell you that your body will quickly burn those empty, "fortified," carbs and that your body will be craving something very soon and your booty will be draggin' too.

The answer is to fuel up, first thing in the morning with a significant source of protein.  

If you're anything like me, there just isn't time to poach some eggs, fry some bacon or grill steak or chicken for a protein rich breakfast.  I have found an excellent replacement.


My daughter and I begin every morning with a tasty shake.  Hers is of a different variety, but a protein shake none the less.  (She frequently begs me for a drink of mine.)  Four delicious flavors that can be mixed and matched for your own desires.  (This is also, part of the system I used to lose my 55 pounds four and a half years ago.)

I prefer a cafe' latte' first thing in the AM or even vanilla with 1-2 tsp of cinnamon for a cinnamon roll in a glass.
