Why won’t my battery charge?

This past week I had an issue with my car’s battery.  I knew what the problem was… if I revved my engine, and the alternator decided to work, then my charge would increase, otherwise it just kept decreasing. Luckily it was still cool outside in the mornings.
My husband canvassed the city for a source for brushes for the alternator to no avail. Our vehicle is new enough we had to purchase the whole alternator. We ALSO had to wait for the alternator to come in so we could replace it. How amazing that something so tiny could make such a huge issue in the operation of my vehicle and leave it with NO ENERGY!
Our bodies are the same.
If we don’t give our bodies everything they need, the batteries wear out and we get tired and have no energy!  The first thing that many people do, is reach for a cup of coffee, an energy drink, or something with caffeine.  Do these products really giving you the energy you need long term to solve the problem as to WHY your energy levels are low? Not really.
If you look under the hood, you may find there are some essential nutrients missing that are causing your alternator to charge intermittently, a very easy fix!
If you feel like your human alternator isn’t up to par, the good news is that you don’t have to replace it. We can rebuild it with improved nutrition and begin including the things the body needs, the things it isn’t getting from Red Bull & McDonalds.
